I came to Triple Win Auto, a second-hand car dealership located in the suburbs of the city, today. The car dealership is not big, with only a dozen employees, but it left a deep impression on me.
As soon as I walked to the door of the store, I smelled a mouth-watering fragrance. Walking into the store, I saw the owner and several employees warmly receiving the guests. The decoration inside the store is simple and modern. Its decoration is mainly in black and white. Although it is not very big, it is clean and bright, and the atmosphere is very comfortable.
As soon as the owner introduced me to his used car dealership, he went on to mention the wonderful partnership they had with a nearby Indian restaurant. He enthusiastically explained that all of his employees could take advantage of the discounted prices to indulge in delicious Indian dishes (Li). However, that wasn't all. As we walked through the dealership, the owner proudly shared with me a special Indian dish he had learned to cook during his travels in India, curry chicken. He even offered me a sample, and as soon as I took a bite, the flavors exploded in my mouth. The tender meat, fragrant spices, and creamy sauce created a delicious symphony that left me wanting more. The owner beamed with pride as he watched me savor the dish, and it was clear that his passion for Indian cuisine went far beyond just a business partnership. I was amazed that the owner would keep food in the shop. After I asked the shop owner, he actually told me that there was a small stove in his shop that he could use to cook! “Does the food from the owner feel more amazing for the customer than the restaurant next door? Besides, I really like to cook, and it’s cheaper,” he said.
The owner's name is Mr. Li. He is the founder of this car dealership and one of the earliest employees. He is a person who likes computer games very much. A glint of excitement sparkled in his eyes as he shared with me his love for computer games. He eagerly revealed that he had purchased his first car with the money he had earned from gaming. Mr. Li's passion for gaming was evident as he led me to the living room, where he proudly displayed his treasured game collection, including a world-limited edition game console and rare game controllers. His enthusiasm for gaming was contagious, and I couldn't help but marvel at his collection.
With the food both in my mouth and my hand, I was grateful for a chance to rest and settled down in the cozy living room. A massive screen TV mounted on the wall grabbed my attention with its continuous loop of promotional videos for the dealership. The owner shared with me that he had personally configured the TV, revealing his passion for electronic products, especially computer gaming. As we chatted, my eyes were drawn to the striking tea sets adorning the wall. The owner noticed my interest and explained that he had a deep fascination with tea culture and brewed several pots of tea daily. Each of the tea sets hanging on the wall was a unique piece he had carefully collected over the years, representing his love and appreciation for the delicate art of tea-making. As we sipped the freshly brewed tea, the owner's enthusiasm for all of his passions, whether cars, electronics, or tea, was infectious and left a lasting impression on me.
In the process of visiting the car dealership, I also noticed some special details. For example, on the wall of the owner's office, there are some landscape photos taken by himself, which look very beautiful. I asked the owner where the pictures were taken and he told me he loves to travel and these pictures were taken while he was traveling around the world. I am also very interested in travel, so we chatted about interesting travel stories, which made me feel that the owner is not just a car dealer, but more like an interesting friend.
Walking into the office of the store, I saw several employees busy working, and the detailed information of the vehicle was displayed on the computer screen. The owner of the store told me that their employees have been professionally trained, have rich sales experience and skills, and can provide customers with the best service.
In the store, I also met a salesperson named Xiao Wang. He is a very warm and friendly guy and knows every detail of every car. When I walked into the store, he greeted me warmly and told me about the latest promotions of the dealership. He also helped me choose a car, explained the features and condition of the car in detail, and suggested that I take a test drive.
During the test drive, I felt the car's excellent performance and comfortable ride experience. When I returned to the shop, Xiao Wang told me that this car was one of the most popular models in this dealership, and introduced me to the history and characteristics of this model.
The owner told me that the recent performance of the car dealership is not bad. More than thirty vehicles have been sold within half a year, and the customer satisfaction is very high. I also noticed that the second-hand cars displayed by the dealership are very new and look like they just left the factory. The owner told me that they will maintain and maintain the vehicle regularly, and guarantee the quality and performance of the vehicle.
During the whole visit, I found that this second-hand car dealer pays great attention to customer experience and service quality. Both the quality of the vehicles and the professionalism of the salesmen are impressive.
When I was about to leave the dealership, Mr. Li warmly invited me to taste his favorite tea. At first I wanted to say no because I don't drink much tea. However, out of curiosity, I accepted and he led me to a small corner of the living room where he kept a traditional tea set. This time is different from the tea that was handed to me directly by the staff in the living room last time. This time, just from the way the owner is making tea, I can tell that this is the proud work of the owner. The aroma of the tea leaves is heavenly. Although I don't drink much tea, I can still feel the extraordinary quality of this tea. Mr. Li's technique of pouring tea is very good. The tea fragrance is very delicate. Mr. Li told me that this tea is a rare variety he brought back from Sichuan, China, and his love for tea can be seen from the conversation.
Generally speaking, although this car dealership is not big, their service is very considerate, which makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. If I were to buy a used car, I would definitely consider this dealership. And I really believed those food, video games, tea and travelling stories can take that credit. They let a cold and blunt used-car store become alive. After I asked Mr. Li the reason why did he put those things to his store, or how did he come up with this idea. He told me that, “You know people who come here to buy or sell a car are usually not only interested in cars. I was hoping at least one of them could catch my customers’ hearts. You can never have too many friends”.
